Ferraboli Sirio

Rectangular painted steel charcoal barbecue with stainless steel internal charcoal pan.

SIRIO is fitted with a 56×35 cm chrome food-grade grill, extensively protected by windshields on three sides that also provide support for the grill that can be positioned at two heights.

The advantage of Sirio is its stainless steel charcoal pan which is in direct contact with heat, which is made from AISI 430 for safe fire resistance and more effective cleaning.(note that stainless steel normally discolours when exposed to heat).

The front part of the barbecue also features several ventilation holes to help the charcoal to burn.

The legs are easy to assemble and remove: just turn the individual wingnuts that secure the fastening screws, all of which provide maximum stability.
