Large-sized and convenient height, open charcoal BBQ with an ash pan, set of wheels for movability, and a stainless steel internal charcoal pan tray.

PEGASO includes a large 74×35 cm chrome food-grade grill with fold-out lifting handles. The grilling area has side and rear windshields on three sides and open at the front. The sides also provide the grill support which allows the grill to be positioned at two heights as well as above the charcoal; a means to adjust grilling temperature.

The stainless steel rear shield and the charcoal grid pan are in direct contact with the heat and made from AISI 430 for safe fire resistance and more effective cleaning (note that stainless steel will normally discolour when exposed to heat).

The front part of the barbecue also features a handy ash pan for cleaning, along with several holes on the outer front of the brazier which helps the charcoal to breathe and burn with higher intensity. Additionally, the legs are easy to assemble: just turn the individual wingnuts that secure the fastening screws, all of which provide maximum stability.

The main body, sides, ash drawer, and legs are mild steel painted in black - note paint will come off with use when in direct contact with heat and may scratch or peel off. Best not to leave this grill in the rain or it will rust. Always keep undercover. Note some minor scratches may be on the product when first purchased but will not affect the performance of the BBQ.
